Production Blog: The Editing
Today I started editing. I gathered all my videos into one photo album. Where I uploaded my videos to my computer. This is where I uploaded my clips to iMovie. This is the app I used for editing. Color became my magic wand. I used warm tones to give the video that sun glow. It was like turning up the brightness on a summer day. Each frame got a personal touch, making sure the video looked as cool as it felt. Editing everything together came together like a puzzle. Every clip fits perfectly in the grand scheme of the video. Things that I have enjoyed about iMovie is its user-friendliness. Another thing I've enjoyed is how easy it is to use transitions. Users can choose from a selection of built-in transitions to add smooth visual effects between clips, enhancing the overall flow of the video. Since I have an Apple phone and computer it made it even easier to get everything on my computer too. Overall I have really enjoyed the editing process on this project more than my previous one. This was because of how easy iMovie is compared to CapCut. It's still been a struggle to keep motivated. But it's been an entertaining process and I've enjoyed the freedom of this project. I have also enjoyed only having to rely on myself.
