Filming Blog: Scenes 6-12
Hey, blog I'm back. Today I filmed scenes 6-12. Today was my first day being on the other side of the camera. I was very excited and thrilled to be able to get some experience in being in a short film. My role is the killer/stalker of the protagonist. In the first scene, my character is in you see me lurking in the shadows as Rowyn is going on her run through the neighborhood. This scene was hard to film because it was hard to keep composure during this scene. But, we ended up filming this scene and moving on. I appear later on outside of Rowyn's window leaving a mark on her window. This scene was fun to film because we used fake blood and I had to submerge my hand in it. That was a weird experience but I'm glad I've been able to do things like that and try new things such as that. I was able to be very productive today because of collaboration with my group members. I am very proud of my group for being as productive as we were today. Today was by far the most demanding day because we had so many scenes. But with effort and support from each other, we were able to wrap up filming. If we run into editing issues with audio or visual effects we will be able to re-film these scenes tomorrow. With work from other group members, this editing process should go by easily. I am excited to take on this editing challenge. It will be the biggest editing project I've ever worked on. That'll be it blog. See you soon!
