Production Blog: Gathering my Pictures

 Hey again, today I am going to be talking about why I picked my photos for my commercial. Before diving into the selection process, it's essential to have a clear understanding of the narrative and message I want to convey. What makes me unique? What story do I want to tell? Answering these questions helps guide the entire commercial and selection process for these photos. I had trouble deciding on my photos. I ended up picking a photo of a gym. Then a picture of a Chipotle logo. Lastly, I picked a picture of Ice Cube. I picked the photo of the gym because the gym has changed my life over the past year. It has helped me become more self-confident and meet new people. It also allowed me to build better friendships. I picked the Chipotle logo because of how much I love Chipotle. Chipotle also helped me on my weight loss journey. The food I got gave me the ability to reenergize myself without eating too much. Then I picked the photo of Ice Cube because he wrote the first song I picked for this commercial. Which is called Today Was a Good Day. Lastly, I picked a photo of a scale. I picked this photo because I used to let whatever those numbers say define who I was and who I could be. That changed me to become a more aware and active person becoming who I am today. Filming Blog: Scenes 6-12

 Hey, blog I'm back. Today I filmed scenes 6-12. Today was my first day being on the other side of the camera. I was very excited and thrilled to be able to get some experience in being in a short film. My role is the killer/stalker of the protagonist. In the first scene, my character is in you see me lurking in the shadows as Rowyn is going on her run through the neighborhood. This scene was hard to film because it was hard to keep composure during this scene. But, we ended up filming this scene and moving on. I appear later on outside of Rowyn's window leaving a mark on her window. This scene was fun to film because we used fake blood and I had to submerge my hand in it. That was a weird experience but I'm glad I've been able to do things like that and try new things such as that. I was able to be very productive today because of collaboration with my group members.
